Hi there! Here are new Care, Movement and Strength training videos for you! You may want to do some them today or keep them for another day.

Whenever you don’t feel like working out at all - try to do only the 1st training set - Care, and your body will be grateful :)

The whole program is built in such a way that when exercising, you think: “I will easily do 5 more of these!”. That's how it's intended. We want to show that working out is fun and easy. Minimum time - maximum benefit.

Care

This Care workout will help you work on your arms, make them stronger and at the same time enjoy simple stretching moves.

Movement

Ready to move? Steps, twists and rotations are waiting for you in this one!

Strength

This Strength block contains exercises for your back muscles and healthy spine. You will also work on your abs and core, and do some pleasant stretches.
As you have probably noticed, we gave you the same training components, but the videos are slightly different in format. We are looking forward to finding out which version is better for you. Would you fill next questionnaire and help us make our #Sekta courses better?
